Finally, some noodles! But instant..
Yeyeyey, it's weekend, and we are making rappoki today! Rappoki is a combination of ramyun (Korean instant noodle) and Tteokbokki (Korean rice cake). That is why Koreans call it Rappoki.
So all the ingredients that we used are:
- Rice cake
- Gochujang (Red spice Korean paste)
- Eggs
- Korean instand noodle (Ramyun)

We boiled the Tteokbokki until it is chewy enough and put the Gochujang paste. Gochujang has sweet and spicy taste

We boiled the eggs with a little bit of water

And cooked/ microwave the instant noodles! So simple and practical! :D

It tastes spicy salty and a little bit sweet. So good! :D

First Survival Food: Collegemade Carbonara Gnocchi
Looking inside our fridge, we have potatos and flour, and the idea of making Gnocchi came up. So we created our very own collegemade Gnocchi. Gnocchi is a type of pasta that is made of potatoes and flour.
Since we are in college, we are adjusting the recipe to meet with our time, ability, and pocket. Our measurements might not be exact, too, so it creates a space for us to be more creative and just go with the flow.

We used 7 peeled potatoes and microwave them until all the potatoes became soft

We smashed the potatoes

And this is how it looks like after it is all smashed! :D

Crack 1 egg into the smashed potatoes

Add a good amount of flour afterwards, and smash it all well

Make small size cylinder of the mix (sentence needs to be fixed)

Cut them into small rectangular shape. Then, push the center with one finger to create a dent. We put flour on the Gnocchi to make it not stick to the surface we worked on

We boiled all the Gnocchi until until it is cooked

Stir fry garlic and mushroom

After it smells good, don't forget to put bacon and spinach ;D
Then, we poured milk and a little bit of creamer to make it more creamy
After the milk boils, put in the gnocchi that we just boiled. We waited until the gravy has been absorbed by the gnocchi
And... Tadaaaa.. Our very own collegemade is ready
Taste good!
We also made potato chips along with gnocchi. We make use of all the resources we have haha

We sprinkled salt to the fried pototo chips
